CT | MA | NY

Connecticut

1. Schedule a professional energy assessment by signing up for Home Energy Solutions through Lantern Energy and immediately receive efficiency improvements and energy savings for only a $75 co-pay. Fill out the Home Energy Solutions Application now »

2. Discuss options and obtain a professional estimate through Lantern Energy.

3. Apply for financing at chif.org or by calling 1-800-992-3665.

4. Start saving! No down payment is required, and your first payment is due within 30 days of the completion of the project to your satisfaction.

Massachusetts

1. Contact Lantern Energy online or by calling 877-878-3006 Ext 109 to have us begin the process for you by scheduling a Home Energy Assessment.

2. During your home energy assessment, a technician will assess your energy efficiency improvement needs and determine what improvements are eligible for financing.

3. Your technician will provide you with a HEAT Loan Intake form, as well as forms outlining the program steps and minimum standards and requirements for your energy efficiency project.

4. Start saving! Residential customers are eligible for 0% loans up to $25,000 with terms up to 7 years.

New York

1. Ensure your home energy efficiency project meets the NYSERDA Home Performance with Energy Star Program's incentive eligibility requirements.

2. Complete a financing application online at EnergyFinanceSolutions.com or obtain pre-approval over the phone by calling 800-361-5663.

3. Hire a participating BPI-accredited contractor to perform your home energy improvement project.

4. Start saving! The Green Jobs-Green NY Loan Program can provide low-interest financing for 100% of installation costs.
